Tricia Letarte's practice focuses primarily on employment-related matters. She counsels clients regarding employment agreements, handbooks and policies, hiring, terminations and compliance with federal and state employment laws. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
Ms. Letarte received her Juris Doctor degree in 1998 after graduating Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University College of Law. While there she was the Executive Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and a member of the Syracuse Moot Court Board. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. degree in Political Science from Le Moyne College in 1995.
Ms. Letarte is an active member of the Women's Promise Circle of the Jeff Gordon Children's Foundation and a member of the Red Shoe Society of the Ronald McDonald House of Charlotte. She is also a member of Saint Mark Catholic Church in Huntersville.
Ms. Letarte is the mother of two beautiful children and the wife of NASCAR crew chief, Steve Letarte.
