My name is Richard Webb. I am an associate attorney with Jones, Childers, McLurkin and Donaldson, PLLC in Mooresville. I am originally from Waynesville, North Carolina, in Western North Carolina and attended the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill for my undergraduate degree. I have a Masters in Public Administration from North Carolina State University and a law degree from Elon University School of Law where I graduated magna cum laude. While in law school I competed nationally in moot court competitions and placed first in the brief writing competition and second overall at the Regent University National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition. I have also competed in Chicago at the John Marshall International Moot Court Competition and at other events.
I am married to my wife Carrie, who is a school counselor and love the area in which we live. I am an active member at Williamson’s Chapel United Methodist Church where I play guitar and piano in the praise band. I am also active in the community as a charter member of the Davidson Rotary Club, a member of the 2010-2011 Mooresville-South Iredell Chamber of Commerce Leadership class, and a board member on the Community Housing Development Corp.
